Labels-Online Returns Policy

1. White permanent grades labels are generally stock lines for us, and depending upon condition and the quantity involved we may agree to their return with an appropriate handling charge. The decision will be taken on an individual basis and we must be consulted before making any agreement with your customer.
2. All other products are made specifically for a particular order and are NOT returnable.
3. This does not infringe consumer rights and if any material proves to be faulty the labels will of course be replaced or credited if appropriate.
4. Information is available from various sources to assist your customer to place an order for the correct material. Product data can be found on our web site, which contains product information only and no pricing detail. The data available, together with templates to download, should provide the basic information necessary for a customer to order the correct material and quantity for their job. Samples are available for those wishing to trial a specific product. For those without Internet access we can provide the necessary information as hard copy by fax or post.
5. All orders sent to us are meticulously checked. However we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions on your orders. In view of our policy on returns we must ask you to ensure that the correct information is on the order.
